Fakhir al-Saltanah's settlements confirmed by his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah
These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. 1- Muhammad Husayn confirms that any writing by Gulchihrah, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim from Sanandaj, transferring one sixth of a property in Quzlu, her sole source of income, to her brother, Mirza ‘Ali Khan Amin al-Mamalik, is null and void.
